Ingredients:
3/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup flax seeds
2 cups almond meal
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup pine nuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup dried currants
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs
1 cup apricot jam
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup honey
9 oz butter
2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat over at 220°c
2. Combine dried ingredients in a big bowl. Place mixed dried ingredients
3. in a food processor and process until combined dried ingredients
4. become size of small sands or couscous in size.
5. Melt butter in a sauce pan on medium heat then add honey, jam and
6. cinnamon. Mix thoroughly then remove from heat.
7. Combine wet ingredients with processed dried ingredients. Place
8. mixtures in a lined baking tin with baking paper. Lightly press
9. mixtures down with a wooden spoon or clean hand. Bake in over for 1.5 hours or until golden brown.
10. Allow cake to cool then cut into bars and wrap individual bar in tin foil.
