1 cup bran flakes
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup of sugar free honey
1 egg
1 egg white
4 tablespoons wheat germ
Directions:
1. mix all ingrediants
2. put in baking dish
3. 350 for 25mins.
