Meal Bar
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup passion fruit juice
1 1/2 cups honey
1 cup rye meal
1 cup barley
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 cup semi-sweet hershey's chipits- small chocolate chip
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/4 cup applesauce
6 cups rice krispies
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups oats
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and freeze at least 20 minutes. Cut into 28 pieces.
