Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chili powder
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup minced onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Cook first 2 ingredients in hot oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in onion; cook, stirring often, 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook, stirring often, 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients and 3 cups water. Cook, stirring often, 15 minutes or until thickened.
