Topping for enchiladas
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons new mexico chile powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large saucepa; stir flour, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
