Empanadas De Pina (Pineapple)

Yummy, sweet version of an empanada...popular in Latin America :)
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) jar pineapple preserves, well drained
1/4 cup powdered sugar, for rolling (or more)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except preserves.
2. Knead into dough, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter, making a round circle.
3. Place slightly less than a teaspoon of preserves in each cut shape.
4. Fold and crimp edges together with fork.
5. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F until light beige, about 12 minutes.
6. After baking, roll in confectioners' sugar.
