Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
4 1/2 teaspoon(s) garam masala
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) butter (2 sticks) softened
1 cup(s) brown sugar packed
1 cup(s) sugar
2 whole(s) eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3 cup(s) rolled oats
1 cup(s) raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Sift together flour, garam masala, baking soda, and salt. In an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and slowly beat until well combined. Stir in rolled oats and raisins (dough will be stiff).
3. Bake cookies on cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes.
