Emeril's Take a Bite Out of the Big Green Apple Martini (Emeril Lagasse)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces apple rum (recommended: bacardi big apple rum)
3/4 ounce green apple liqueur (recommended: sour apple pucker)
1 teaspoon simple syrup
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 thin slice green apple, to garnish
Directions:
1. In a cocktail shaker combine the rum, sour apple liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice cubes and shake to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of green apple. Serve immediately.
