Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach-thawed and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine all ingredients.
2. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
4. Serve hot.
