Emily brought this dip to work and everyone loved it.
Ingredients:
2 (18 ounce) cans corn
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Drain corn.
2. Drain tomatoes.
3. Finely chop onion.
4. Mix together all ingredients.
