Elsie's Rhubarb Custard Meringue Pie

Delicious rhubarb custard pie with the bonus of meringue!
Ingredients:
1 pie crust
3 -4 cups chopped rhubarb
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup milk
grated orange peel
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Put rhubarb in pie crust.
2. Beat eggs and sugar. Then add in other ingredients. Pour over rhubarb.
3. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
4. Whip meringue ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie and bake until peaks are browned.
