Elsie's Brown Sugar Rhubarb Cake

Delicious coffee cake type dessert that my Grandma Elsie used to make for us.
Ingredients:
2 cups finely cut rhubarb
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour milk (add 1 tbs vinegar to milk)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix first 8 ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Dump into a greased 9x13 pan.
3. Sprinkle on the 1/4 c brown sugar and then the cinnamon.
4. Bake at 350 30-40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
5. Serve warm.
