Ella Walker's Hamburger Corn Casserole

This is a casserole that we have enjoyed for a lot of years - it is so good when you use fresh corn also - It goes together fast, and tastes delicious!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup pimento pepper, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 cups medium noodles, cooked
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Brown meat: add chopped onion. Cook until tender, but not brown.
2. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
3. Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in a moderate 350F oven for approximately 1 hour. Snip parsley over top.
