Ella Grasso's Quick Whole Wheat Bread

This is an old favorite from a recipe pamphlet of healthy meals. For a sweeter taste, use vanilla yogurt.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix the first four dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, molasses, sugar, oil and grated lemon rind.
4. Add the egg mix to the dry ingredients alternately.
5. Mix in the yogurt.
6. Pour in butter 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
7. Bake for 50 minutes.
