Tartlets are nothing more than miniature tarts... but these have BIG flavor!
Ingredients:
1 cup raspberry preserve or pie filling
1/2 cup dried, sweetened fruit: (raisins, cranberries, blueberries & cherries)
6 mini-tart shells, either home-made, or store-bought
Directions:
1. Prepare basic pie dough, or buy pre-formed tartlet shells
2. Combine fruit mixture thoroughly
3. Spoon into each tartlet shell, generously
4. Bake 350*F until fruit mixture is bubbly and pastry golden brown.
5. Served with whipped cream, this makes a lovely, semi-light dessert! :+D
