My friend Elaine brought these great tasting cookies to our Christmas Cookie Exchange....imagine our surprise when we tasted these cookies,, as she's pretty much of a stove-duster! The grandchildren love to help make these, and really, the yield is up to you! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 box ritz crackers |
peanut butter |
merckens chocolate ( 1lb. or 3 lb. bag) or |
1 large bag of chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Make a 'sandwich' with 2 Ritz crackers and peanut butter.
2. Melt cocolate in microwave, stopping every 10 to 15 seconds to stir.
3. Dip 'sandwiches' into chocolate and place on waxed or parchment paper to set.
4. These may be decorated with sprinkles.
5. Makes as many as you want!
