Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups multi-grain flour

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup canola oil

10. place the circle of dough onto the buttered bowl, and form the shape of the bowl
11. coat the dough with butter

13. let rise only briefly, about 15 minutes
14. Bake at 350*F for about 30 minutes, or until the bowls are golden brown
15. Leave on the bowls to cool completely.
16. Removing while hot will only break the bowls!
