Elaines Made-from-scratch Rising Crust Pizza

A lovely home-made pizza, from start to finish. The crust is home-made, and all ingredients combine to make a delectable, mouth-watering pizza you'll be proud to serve!
Ingredients:
for pizza dough
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup warm water (for yeast)
1 tsp raw sugar (for yeast)
1 pkg traditional bakers’ yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp melted creamery butter with extra for coating crust edges
the fixin’s
diced tomato
pizza sauce (canned is fine)
sliced shallots (about 7)
red, green, yellow & orange sweet bell peppers, diced
black olives
green olives
grated carrot
old cheddar cheese
medium cheddar cheese
1 medium sized zucchini squash
pepperoni, about 4 sticks, chopped coarsely
polish sausage, sliced
6 –8 slices crisp bacon, torn to small pieces
4 velveeta cheese slices, for outer crust rim
coarse salt
Directions:
1. Prepare the yeast in the warm water and sugar
2. Let work
3. Make the pizza dough:
4. Mix all dry ingredients together
5. Add yeast
6. Add melted butter
7. Knead about 5 minutes, gently
8. Let dough rest 5 minutes
9. Form the base crust:
10. Roll the dough to size preferred, or work by hand, or air-toss
11. Preheat oven to 375*F
12. The ‘building blocks’:
13. Liberally coat with pizza sauce, leaving one inch blank on outside edges
14. Form a ‘lip’ of dough on all sides
15. Break apart the Velveeta cheese slices
16. Place on outer edge of dough all the way around
17. Roll edges in to form a neat rim.
18. Coat rim with butter on edges to seal
19. Add remaining ingredients listed in whatever order you prefer, but save cheeses to last
20. After adding the cheeses as illustrated, sprinkle with coarse salt
21. Bake until the crust is firm, golden, and the cheese is well melted
22. Let the pizza rest about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
