These are a lovely dish for breakfast. Wonderful for dipping toast.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons cream
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter and pour into a ramekin cup.
2. Add egg.
3. Add cream (do not stir) and then add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake egg at 350 degrees untill desired doneness. (5-10 min).
