Ingredients:
6 slice(s) canadian bacon
6 eggs
3 english muffins
1 package(s) hollandaise sauce mix
Directions:
1. Prepare hollandaise sause according to directions. Melt 1 Tbs. butter & saute bacon until lightly brown. Fork split muffins & toast. Spread with butter. Place 1 slice bacon on each muffin half. Poach eggs for 35 minutes. Left eggs out with slotted spoon & place on top of bacon. Top with warm hollandaise.
