Ingredients:
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups white sauce
6 slices toast
Directions:
1. Separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks. Chop the whites; add them to the white sauce; season with salt and pepper; pour over toast. Put yolks through strainer or potato ricer and decorate the covered toast with it.
