Eggless Chocolate Cake (Single Serve and Microwaved) |

This is a recipe i threw together one day I was craving something sweet. It is fast and pretty good. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter (room temp.) |
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1 dash cinnamon |
3 1/2 tablespoons self rising flour |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
Directions:
1. In microwave safe bowl mix butter and sugar, add all other ingredients and stir until blended. Place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute 45 seconds. Becareful taking bowl out of microwave cause it is hot. You can sprinkle powder sugar on top or any toppings. Pretty good cake!
