Egg Yolk Sauce

Creamy rich sauce that goes well with seafood, fried rice, or mung bean sprouts and zucchini.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. In Blender combine egg yolks, egg, white pepper, soy sauce, and salt. Blend well. Set blender to lowest setting and SLOWLY add in oil (Drizzle) until thick and rich. (Oil is to be added while blender is going).
2. Top off scallops, shrimp,lobster, or fried rice and put lid on top to steam for 3-4 mins and enjoy!
