Egg White Omelet with Salsa and Cheese

A low cal omelet
Ingredients:
8 oz. egg whites
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp salsa
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. Mix egg whites and milk, pour slowly into a greased heated pan on medium heat.
2. Spoon salsa over one half of the eggs, then sprinkle shredded cheese on that same half. Cover while cooking.
3. In a few minutes, when egg mixture starts to firm up, fold over the empty half of the omelet over the stuffed half.
4. Cover and let cook for another few minutes.
5. Slide onto plate, cut into two servings and share.
