Very quick and healthy recipe for kids,for people who go to gym and if u eat eggs then its good for you to.
Ingredients:
1/2 inch gingerroot (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 onions (diced)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 capsicum (diced)
3 hard-boiled eggs (each egg cut into 8 pieces)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato sauce (u can also add tomato pure if u want it to be more healthy and add 1tsp sugar while cooking)
1/2 tablespoon chili sauce
Directions:
1. Boil eggs, cool it and cut each egg into 8 pieces. In a non-stick pan heat oil. Add garlic,ginger and stir it on medium flame till its brown. Now add all the vegetables and fry it.Add eggs, tomatoes, spices and stir it. Now add ketchup and chilly sauce( u can add chilly garlic sauce also if u want it spicy).The egg yolk will melt and give it a creamy taste,serve it in a bowl.
2. Don't fry vegetables and eggs too much.
