Easy but very tasty. It's a very different congealed salad but one that is very impressive not only in the looks department but the taste department. Try it you'll love it, I promise
Ingredients:
1 package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
16 ounces cream cheese
1 large onion grated fine
1 cup diced celery
6 hard boiled eggs chopped fine
3 tablespoons salad dressing
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then let cool.
2. Do not let set.
3. Soften cream cheese in mixture then add salad dressing and stir well.
4. Add celery and onion.
5. Pour in pan then put eggs in making sure eggs are pressed down to the bottom.
6. Place in refrigerate at least three hours before serving.
