Ingredients:
2 whole(s) eggs hardboiled
2 teaspoon(s) soft silken tofu (or yogurt/mayo)
couple dash(es) cumin, chili powder & salt to taste
Directions:
1. Hardboil the eggs. Discard one yolk. Chop up the egg whites finely, setting aside the remaining yolk aside.
2. Mush together the yolk, the tofu, and spices. Add the chopped egg whites. Mix.
