This is the way I make egg sald for sandwiches. One time we decided we wanted to go on a picnic and i had a little of this left over and a couple of cans of tune so I combined the two and had some of the best tuna ever made. Read more . LOL
Ingredients:
9 hard boiled egg
5 tbs. sweet pickle relish.
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1/2 tbs. mustard
Directions:
1. Crack and peel the boiled eggs.
2. Mash the eggs whites and yolks together with a fork.
3. Add the remaining ingrediants and mix well.
4. Chill for at least a half hour before spreading on bread.
