Egg Omelette
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 ml salt
3 ml pepper
25 ml water
10 ml butter or margarin
50 ml cheese
1 mushroom
30 ml green pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk egg, slowly add in water, salt and pepper, whisk until smooth
2. Dice chosen filling (ex. mushroom and green pepper)
3. Heat pan in medium heat and melt the butter
4. pour egg misture in, put cheese and fillings in the middle once the egg mixture sets
5. Fold twice facing the middle & flip it if necessary
6. ENJOY!! XD
