Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 tbsp grated cheese
25 g ham, sliced very thin, extra lean
Directions:
1. Beat Eggs
2. Pour into fry pan
3. Spread thinly sliced ham on top of egg mixture
4. When the egg mixture is almost cooked through flip
5. After a few seconds flip again then
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
7. roll omlete
8. Put on a piece of wrap or bread
