dumplngs is one tipe of home made noodle,it goes with ,paprikas, goulash,veal paprikas,and you can eated plain to,just a little butter.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbs oil
3 tbs water
1 tsp salt plus 1-1/2 tbs
3cup flour
Directions:
1. Mix eggs,oil,water,and salt.
2. Mix in the flour lightly.
3. Do not work the mixture too much.
4. Just enough ti give it an even texture,about 5 minutes.
5. Let it rest 15-20 minutes.
6. Bring 4quarts of water to a boil with 1-1/2 tbs salt.
7. Dip a tbs into the boiling water(so the dough does not stick to spoon)
8. With the spoon tear small pieces out of dumplings mixture.
9. Dropping the pieces into the boiling water.
10. When the dumplings have all surfaced to the top of the water.
11. Turn off heat and remove them with a slotted spoon..
12. Rinse them with could water and drain.
