It's chinese diet soup.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup cold water
6 cups chicken broth
6 green onions (cut in small pieces)
2 cups tofu
1/2 cup peas (optional)
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Directions:
1. boil broth.
2. mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth.
3. add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds.
4. add tofu and peas.
5. boil for another 7 minutes.
6. garnish with green onions.
