1. Pie crust if desired_ Make pie crust brush crust with little milk and bake 10 minutes before adding filling 2. Whip all custard ingredient together pour into reg size pie pn 3. Place in top rack of oven 4. On bottom rack place another pan filled halfway up with water 5. Bake pie at 400 degrees for 15 minutes 6. Turn oven down to 350 and bake additional 30-40 minutes 7. until knife inserted comes out clean
