A great brunch or company breakfast casserole.
Ingredients:
7 slices bread, cubed
3/4 lb ham, cubed
1/2 lb velveeta cheese or 1/2 lb other mild cheese, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix bread, ham, cheese in greased 9 x 13 pan.
2. Beat eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
3. Pour over bread mixture.
4. Drizzle with melter butter.
5. Cover with foil.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
