Ed's Salmon Marinade

Ingredients:
12 oz salmon fillets
1 t olive oil
2 t soy sauce, light
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ginger, powder
2 tsp lemon juice, to taste
3 tsp old bay seasoning
1 pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, juice, seasonings, salt & pepper.
2. Blend well.
3. Pour marinade into a 9 x 13 glass dish.
4. Place salmon in marinade, cover and refrigerate for about 12 hours, turning occasionally.
5. Broil or grill salmon for 4 minutes on each side, until salmon flakes easily.
