I got this recipe from my mom, its great as an appetizer or as a dish to bring to a fondue party. Can be prepared ahead of time and placed over heat when needed.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces canned crabmeat
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a chafing dish or fondue pot.
2. Heat everything over low heat, stirring constantly until well blended.
3. Serve in the chafing dish or fondue pot with cubes of bread.
