Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen edamame, thawed and cooked
1 1/2 cups corn, frozen
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup sushi vinegar
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 tablespoon wasabi powder
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
fresh cilantro, chives
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients.
2. refrigerate.
