Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp almond meal
1/2 tbsp flax seed milled
1 splenda quick pack
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Directions:
1. Mix up ingredients well and pour into a pre-heated frying pan lightly sprayed with PAM. Cook one side and then flip completely over and cook the other side.
2. Mix the cottage cheese with raspberries. Sweetener* can be added to taste. Roll up and add sugar free syrup* and light whipped topping*. (*These are not in the counts)
