Easy Yummy Granola

This is easy to make and not to sweet. Create your favorite combos, this is an interchangeable recipe that i got from my friend and it works wonderfully!! Enjoy
Ingredients:
9 cups oats
1 cup of a nuts or 1 cup seeds
1 cup dried fruit
3/4 cup vegetable oil or 3/4 cup sunflower oil
1/2-1 cup water
1 cup honey
1 dash salt
2 -4 teaspoons cinnamon (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons cloves (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons ginger (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons nutmeg (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons vanilla (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons almond extract (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons lemon zest (which ever you like most like) or 2 -4 teaspoons lemon juice, etc (which ever you like most like)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add all ingredients together except the dried fruit, toss until it is clumpy and everything is incorporated.
2. Pre-heat oven on bake 300 f.
3. On a regular cookie sheet spread granola mix so it covers pan evenly, makes about 5 pans.
4. It takes about 5 mins for it to start to brown, once it starts to brown you want to stir it about every two mins until desired color is met.
5. Pour hot granola into another lg bowl add dried fruit, continue to fill and mix your granola as it comes out of the oven. Let it cool and then you can store it in a container or zip lock bag.
6. Enjoy with milk, soy, or yogurt!
