Chili made using Boca vegetarian burger crumbles, pinto beans, and corn.
Ingredients:
114 g (1 cup) boca crumbles
28 oz crushed tomatoes
15 1/4 oz del monte fiesta corn
1 tsp garlic, minced
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
2 cups pinto beans, boiled without salt
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Cook pinto beans.
2. Warm Boca burger crumbles in the microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Combine all ingredients into a pan and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Adjust spices to taste.
4. Makes 7, 1 cup servings
