Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Add curry paste, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, lentils, tomato puree and water.
  3. Simmer 40 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Add zucchini and peas.
  5. Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream and serve.
