Easy Tuna Salad Thai Style

A spicy thai twist on the tuna salad.
Ingredients:
4 cans solid white tuna (drained and crushed)
fresh squeezed lime juice from 2 limes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 to 2 thai chili peppers or serrano peppers depend on how spicy you want
2 tbsp chopped fresh galanga or ginger root
1/2 medium red onion (sliced thin)
2 green onions (chopped)
1 small bunch cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh roasted peanuts
iceberg lettuce wedges
1 red pepper for garnish ( red jalapeno)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl
2. Add 4 cans solid white tuna (drained and crushed)
3. Add Fresh squeezed lime juice from 2 limes
4. Add 1 tsp salt
5. Add 2 tbsp fish sauce
6. Add 1 to 2 Thai chili peppers or Serrano peppers (if you don't like spicy, leave it out)
7. Add 2 tbsp chopped fresh galanga or ginger root
8. Add 1/2 medium red onion (sliced thin)
9. Add 2 green onions (chopped)
10. add 1 small bunch cilantro (chopped)
11. Add 1/4 cup fresh roasted peanuts
12. mix all ingredients thoroughly
13. Cut up Iceberg Lettuce in wedges
14. Serve on a plate
15. add red pepper for garnish
