Easy Tropical Banana Dessert |

Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons promise buttery spread |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
3 bananas, each cut into 8 pieces |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt |
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts |
Directions:
1. Cook juices in a medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 14 to 16 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup. Remove from skillet. 2. Melt buttery spread in skillet over medium-high heat; add brown sugar, and cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Add bananas; cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Add juice mixture, and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Serve over frozen yogurt, and top with chopped nuts. |
