Easy Travelin Pineapple Pecan Cake

This is a super good, super easy, pineapple,super moist, super yummy cake! Travels well, cut in squares, place on plate when you get there! A favorite at gatherings. ENJOY!!
Ingredients:
cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1 20 oz. can undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
topping
1 stick unsalted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. CAKE
2. Mix all ingredients together by hand
3. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan or pyrex dish
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes
5. Cool
6. TOPPING
7. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and cream cheese
8. Add 2 cups powdered sugar
9. Beat until creamy
10. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla
11. Spread on cooled cake
12. Refrigerate
