Easy Tomato and Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make tomato soup according to the can. Then while the soup is heating, add the half packet of dry soup mix. Turn heat on high and stir occasionally. Add pepper and basil.
  2. Half and quarter the tomatoes. If they are big, they should be quartered. once the soup is bubbling, add the tomatoes. Stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Last, add the spinach and stir for about 5 more minutes. Divide into bowls and add mozzarella on top. Serve with Cheez-it crackers.
