Easy Tex-Mex Brisket

This is a very easy dish to make in the crockpot. I usually serve this with corn tortillas and red beans & rice. It can be varied by the spices or even usinga bottle of salad dressing.
Ingredients:
5 lbs beef brisket
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 (8 ounce) package corn tortillas
Directions:
1. Place everything in the crockpot.
2. Turn on high for 1 hour.
3. Then low for 6-8.
4. Let the meat cool slightly and then shred.
5. Heat the tortillas on a grill pan and enjoy.
