This is so quick and easy and so very delicious! I like the Lawry's Teriyaki Baste and Glaze sauce the best. You can use another brand, just make sure it's a baste and glaze sauce versus a marinade . The baste and glaze is a thicker sauce, the consistency of BBQ sauce and coats the meat well while baking.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, bone-in, cut up
1 lawry's teriyaki marinade (teriyaki baste and glaze sauce)
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish sprayed with no-stick spray
3. Pour sauce over chicken, roll chicken over in sauce to insure chicken pieces are well coated.
4. Spoon pineapple over the top.
5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
