Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can pitted black olives
3 anchovy fillets, rinsed
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon basil, slivered
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water.
2. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor(mini on is just right).ยจ.
3. Process to combine stopping to scrape down sides of bowl until mixture becomes a coarse paste app 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
