Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

Easy to make can be made the day before
Ingredients:
6 cups of fresh cooked sweet potatoes (i bake mine)
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of butter
3 large eggs beaten
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2/3 cup of milk
topping
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Bake and cool sweet potatoes
2. preheat oven to 350
3. peel and measure out 6 cups of cooked sweet potaoes
4. add potatoes to mixing bowl
5. add sugar, butter and mix until combined
6. to the above mixture add the eggs, vanilla, and milk and mix until smooth
7. pour into a greased casserole
8. TOPPING:
9. in a bowl mix by hand or fork
10. te brown sugar, flour, butter, and chopped pecans
11. mixture should be crumbly
12. sprinkle over the top of the casserole
13. Place casserole in preheated oven
14. bake for 30 mins and check to see if the topping has browned and the casserole is bubbling if not cook for another 10 to 15 mins
15. serve warm
16. its even better warmed up the next day.
