Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast (chopped)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:

1. Cook chicken in large frying pan.

2. Mix together all other ingredients in separate kettle and bring to a boil.

3. Combine sauce and chicken together.

4. Good served over white rice.
